The Frontera Wi-Fi Project is a project that was established to determine best practices and procedures to deploy wireless internet connectivity in the unicorporated areas of Deep South Texas, specifically Hidalgo Couty. This area ranks as one of the most economically challenged areas in the US and is in the most need of closing the homework gap. This project aims to be duplicated throughout every corner of the US to connect the unconnected using equipment from Cambium Networks, integration by Frontera Consulting, and partnerships with City, County, and School District officials.
